Please review these SMS Terms and Conditions carefully. By agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of Citizens National Bank (“the Bank”), or by otherwise providing your phone number to the Bank, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions, as well as the Bank’s SMS Privacy Policy and standard Privacy Policy.


Important Considerations:

  • Message Frequency 

    • Messaging frequency may vary. The Bank will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any text messages as delivery is subject to effective transmissions from your network operator and processing by your mobile device. You acknowledge that text message services are provided by your network operator on an “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” basis.

  • Message & Data Rates

    • Message and data rates may apply. Please note that the Bank does not charge for text messages. You could, however, be subject to standard messaging and data fees from your carrier. Please refer to your plan details for more information. 

  • Security

    • WE WILL NEVER SEND YOU A TEXT MESSAGE ASKING YOU TO PROVIDE OR CONFIRM PERSONAL DETAILS OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, SUCH AS PASSWORDS, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, OR ACCOUNT NUMBERS. DO NOT REPLY TO ANY MESSAGE REQUESTING PERSONAL DETAILS OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Please, immediately report any such message by contacting us at 606-679-6341.

  • Opting out

    • You have the right to opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To discontinue receiving SMS messages from the Bank, please reply to the SMS message with STOP.

  • If you need assistance

    • Please contact us at 606-679-634 or reply HELP to a previous message.

    • Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is strictly limited to operational needs and only as required by law. Your data will not be transferred to external organizations. 

    • If you wish to opt out of receiving SMS communications from us, you may do so at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. Alternatively, you can contact us at 606-679-6341 to request removal from our SMS list.

    • When you opt-in to our SMS program, we may collect the following information:

By responding SUBSCRIBE, you are opting in to receive SMS messages from Citizens National Bank (“the Bank”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).


SMS Messaging Service 

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from the Bank for general two-way communication with you regarding your account or our services. Message and Data Rates may apply. 


Message Frequency 

By enrolling in SMS communications from the Bank, you agree to receive conversational messages related to your use of our services. Message frequency may vary. On average, you can expect to receive 1-2 messages per month. The Bank reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.


Message and Data Rates 

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms. 


Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions 

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed.
