Instructions for Citizens 24 Hotline 

For Account Information
  • Press 1
  • For Checking, press 1;  Savings, press 2; CD/IRA, press 3; or Loans, press 4
  • Enter your account number
  • Enter the pin
  • Follow the prompts for withdrawals, deposits, funds transfers, fax, or additional options

For Funds Transfer

  • Press 2
  • To transfer funds from Checking, press 1; Savings, press 2
  • Enter your account number
  • Enter the pin
  • To transfer funds to Checking, press 1; Savings, press 2; Loan press 3
  • Follow the prompts to complete the transfer

For Bank Hours of Operations

  • Press 3
 

For Lost Card

  • Press 4 and ask to be transferred to account services during normal business hours.
  • If your call is after business hours, you will be transferred to the auto-attendant. Press 3 to report a lost or stolen card.

To Reset Your Citizens 24 Hours Hotline Pin

  • Press 0 for the operator and ask to be transferred to account services.

Additional Tips

  • Press * or # to return to the main menu at anytime
  • Press 0 for the operator during regular business hours
  • At the prompt say “Repeat” to hear options again
  • Your pin number for the Citizens 24 Hour hotline is independent of your debit card pin number.
