For Account Information
- Press 1
- For checking, press 1, Savings, press 2, CD/IRA, press 3 or Loans, press 4
- Enter your account number
- Enter the pin
- Follow the prompts for withdrawals, deposits, funds transfers, fax, or additional options
For Funds Transfer
- Press 1
- To transfer funds from Checking, press 1, Savings, press 2
- Enter your account number
- Enter the pin
- To transfer funds to Checking, press 1, Savings, press 2, Loan press 3
- Follow the prompts to complete the transfer
For Bank Hours of Operations
- Press 3
For Lost Card
- Press 4 and ask to be transferred to account services during normal business hours.
- If your call is after business hours, you will be transferred to the auto-attendant. Press 3 to report a lost or stolen card.
To Reset Your Citizens 24 Hours Hotline Pin
- Press 0 for the operator and ask to be transferred to account services.

- Press 0 for the operator during regular business hours
- At the prompt say “Repeat” to hear options again
- Your pin number for the Citizens 24 Hour hotline is independent of your debit card pin number.
