Donald E. Bloomer, President and CEO of Citizens National Bank, announces the promotions of Amanda Bolin, Ann Dick, Kristi Fraley, Julie Raines, Allen Rankin and Lacey Vaught.

Amanda Bolin has been promoted to Assistant Cashier. Amanda has been with Citizens National Bank for 4 years and is the Science Hill Branch Manager. Amanda graduated from Pulaski County High School, Somerset Community College, and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
Ann Dick has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. She has been with Citizens National Bank for over 20 years and is the Main Office Teller Supervisor. Ann graduated from Pulaski County High School and attended Somerset Community College. She is the treasurer of the Pulaski County Cattlemen Association. She is married to Jack Dick and they have one daughter, Emily Dick. Ann is a member of Cumberland Church of Christ.
Kristi Fraley has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. She has been with Citizens National Bank for over 5 years and is the Branch Administrator. Kristi graduated from Pulaski County High School and attended Somerset Community College. She is a Cal Ripken Minor League Board Member, March of Dimes Steering Committee Member, and a 2003 graduate of the Somerset/Pulaski County Chamber Leadership Program. Kristi is also a member of Science Hill Church of the Nazarene. She has three sons with her husband, Shannon – Colton, Carson, and Camdon.
Julie Raines has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. She has been with Citizens National Bank for 17 years and is the Trust Administrator. Julie is a graduate of Lincoln County High School, Somerset Community College and the University of Kentucky. She is married to Tony Raines.
Allen Rankin has been promoted to Assistant Cashier. He has been working for Citizens National Bank for one year and serves as the Monticello Branch Manager. He graduated from Monticello High School and received an associate degree from Somerset Community College. He is on the Advisory Board of the Wayne County Business Incubator. Most recently he managed Rankin’s Kentucky Food Store for over twenty five years. He and his wife, Teresa, have two sons, Greg and Corey, and they are members of First Christian Church.
Lacey Vaught has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. She has been in the banking industry for 7 years and is the Director of Sales and Marketing. Lacey is a graduate of Pulaski County High School and Somerset Community College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Kentucky University. She is an Ambassador for the Somerset/Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce, as well as a recent graduate of the 2009 Chamber Leadership Class. She served as the treasurer for the Young Chamber Professionals in 2009. Lacey is also on the Board of Directors for the Monticello/Wayne County Chamber of Commerce. In 2010, she served as the Financial Division Liaison for the United Way campaign. Since 2008, Lacey has served on the Hal Roger’s Leadership Award Steering Committee.
