Citizens National Bank Announces The Following Promotions

Don Bloomer, President and CEO of Citizens National Bank announces the promotion of the following bank employees; Mary Belcher, Cindy Kerr, Trish Wiles, Jennifer Mink, Patricia Branscum, Julie Raines, & Cristy Stigall.

Mary Belcher has been promoted to Senior Vice President & Auditor. She has been with Citizens for 27 years. Mary is a graduate of Greensburg High School and attended Campbellsville College. She is a member of Eubank Baptist Church. Mary lives in Somerset with her husband, Gene and they have a daughter, Shelli & two grandchildren; Cameron & Meghan.

Cindy Kerr has been with Citizens National Bank for 29 years. She is a Commercial Lender and has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Cindy is a graduate of Pulaski County High School and attended Somerset Community College. She is Secretary of the YMCA Board and works with the United Way and March of Dimes. Cindy & her husband, Mike live in Somerset with their daughters, Emily age 24, Hillary age 18, & Maria age 16. They attend Duke Memorial Baptist Church, where Cindy serves on several committees & teaches Sunday School.

Trish Wiles is the Administrative Assistant to the President/CEO and has been promoted to Vice President. She has been with Citizens for 22 years. Trish graduated from Casey County High School and received her Associates Degree in Data Processing at Somerset Community College. She is a volunteer for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Trish and her husband, Mark live in Science Hill with their daughter, Jordan age 18 and their two sons, Mason age 14 and Clayton age 8. They attend Southern Heights Christian Church.

Jennifer Mink works in the Internal Audit Department and has been promoted to Assistant Vice President & Auditor. She has been with the bank for 13 years. Jennifer is a graduate of Pulaski County High School & Somerset Community College, where she received an Associates Degree in Applied Science. She lives in Somerset with her husband, Douglas and three children, Ryan age 18, Raesha age 16, and Katlynn age 3.

Patricia Branscum has been promoted to Credit Department Supervisor & Assistant Cashier. She has been with the bank fulltime for 8 years. She is a graduate of Southwestern High School and Somerset Community College with an Associates Degree in Accounting. Tricia is active with the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. She resides in Somerset with her husband, Shane.

Julie Raines, Trust Administrator has been promoted to Assistant Cashier. She has been with Citizens for 14 years. She is a graduate of Lincoln County High School and Somerset Community College with an Associates Degree in Science. Julie lives in Eubank with her husband, Tony.

Cristy Stigall has been with Citizens National Bank for 9 years. She has been promoted to Head Bookkeeper/BSA Officer and Assistant Cashier. Cristy is a graduate of Southwestern High School and attended Somerset Community College. She participates in the March of Dimes & American Cancer Society. Cristy lives in Somerset with her husband, Brian & their two children; Austin age 8 & Ashton age 4. They attend Faith Builders Church.
