CITIZENS GOLDLINE is an unsecured revolving line of credit that eliminates the need to consult your loan officer when you need a loan. Make your own loan simply by writing a check.  You can have a pre-approved line of credit from $2,500 to $100,000.  The rate of interest is at New York Prime plus 1%.
