Don became President and CEO of Citizens National Bank on January 1, 2008. He has been with Citizens National Bank since 1976.

Harris Rakestraw, III, Chairman of the Board
Happy retired as President of Super Service where he served since opening the business in 1980. He became a board member at Citizens in 1989 and is Chairman of the Board and Vice President of Citizens Bancshares, Inc.

Cy Waddle, Vice Chairman of the Board
Cy is Chairman of Citizens Bancshares, Inc. and is the past Chairman of the Board. He is a retired Executive and has been a board member of Citizens National Bank since 1975.

Ron Absher
Ron is President and owner of B&B Resources, Inc. He became a board member of Citizens National Bank in February 2008.

Clay Parker Davis
Clay retired as President and CEO of Citizens National Bank in December 2007. He has been a Board Member since January 1973 and is currently President of Citizens Bancshares, Inc.

Robert S. Harris
Bob is President and owner of Harris & Associates since 1979. He became a Citizen National Bank Board of Director in August 2001.

Charles R. Hembree
Rusty is an Attorney at Law in Lexington and has been on the board of Citizens National Bank since 1977.

Steve Merrick
Steve joined the Board of Directors of Citizens in February 2008. He is President of Somerset Hardwood Flooring and Kentucky Hardwood Lumber.

Harold D. Rogers, Director Emeritus
Hal was elected to Congress in 1980 and is currently a member of the House Appropriations Committee and Subcommittee on Homeland Security. He became a Director of Citizens National Bank in 1970 and became Director Emeritus in 1991.

Larry VanHook
Larry is Agency Manager of Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company.  He became a Director of Citizens National Bank in February 2008.

William J. Wilson
Bill is the past President of Wilson & Company accounting firm and is retired as an Investment Executive.  He was elected to the Board of Citizens in 1976 and is Vice President of Citizens Bancshares, Inc.
